My name is Michelle Deutsch and I have been teaching in the Allentown School District for 24 years!  I grew up in Northampton, PA and attended East Stroudsburg University!  When I am not at school working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, dancing, reading, and traveling! 

I graduated from Bloomsburg University with an elementary education degree, and am currently pursuing my ESL certification.  I live with my husband, 2 sons, and my parents.  In my free time I enjoy gardening, spending time with my friends and family, and visiting the beach.  I am looking forward to an exciting, fun learning journey this year! -Ms. Allford

I have two children and have been married for 42 years.  I have 6 grandchildren.  (4 granddaughters, 2 grandsons) I graduated from Cedar Crest College and have been teaching 5th grade for 24 years.  I love dark chocolate, baking, and reading.  I especially like to read on the beach! My wish for this year is for all my students to enjoy doing math, love to read, and become authors.  --Terri Howells

I was born and raised here in the Lehigh Valley. I graduated from Northampton Area Sr. High School in 1984. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Kutztown University and my Master of Education Degree from Wilkes University. I’m the father of 3 boys and Mrs. Fenstermaker teaches at Jefferson Elementary School. My hope for all our kiddos is that they leave Hiram Dodd Elementary School as responsible, caring young ladies and gentlemen. --Rich Fenstermaker
