Greetings from Mrs. Brinks!! I'm super excited to begin our new school year! This is my 13th year teaching 4th grade at Dodd, and my 20th year as a teacher. I'm told I have a great sense of humor and strive to make my classroom a safe, comfortable, and fun place to learn. I hope my students become lovers of learning, learn to enjoy a good challenge, and grow to be superstars of ASD! --Mrs. Brinks

Hello Dodd Family!  My name is Miriam Martinez – Perez and I teach fourth grade.  I started my teaching career in 1996 in New York City.  In 2007 we moved to Allentown.  My son attends Allen High School, so I am both a teacher and a parent in the district.  I am a stark   believer in public education and have dedicated the last 27 years of my life to this cause.  I know the value of a good education firsthand.  My family immigrated to the USA from the Dominican Republic when I was seven years old.  As a child, my parents always stressed the importance of school because they view education as the bridge to the American dream.   I am very proud to be a teacher and look forward to a wonderful, inspiring, and successful school year.

I've been teaching for 16 years. I love gardening, spending time with my family, reading, and going to the Poconos. --Mrs. Lertzman

Hello! My name is Stephanie Marks. This is my sixth year here at Dodd and I am very glad to be back in the classroom with students.  When I am not teaching I enjoy camping and spending time with family and friends. I am looking forward to a great school year!
